Backflow Record gives you a backflow test log you fill out on your phone. You record where the assembly is, what kind it is, maker, model, serial, size, a date your water supplier names, and any notes you want to keep. The app does not judge the notes.
What you type
You enter the assembly location, type, maker, model, serial, size, and your notes, then keep the record in one place. If you want a quick checklist while you gather details, see report field checklist and backflow report form.
A date your supplier named
The date in the log comes from the water supplier or local program, since the EPA manual says local municipal, county, and state requirements may amend or replace its guideline procedure and the reviewed passages do not set one nationwide interval. For timing questions, see how often to test backflow.
Still file their form
This record is not the supplier form. It helps you save the details you collect, while the supplier or local program still decides what form to use and when to use it. If you want to compare the app areas with the rest of the product, visit features.
A report in Backflow Record is a record you fill in. It is not a substitute for a licensed tester or for the form your water supplier requires. It does not report an inspection result, and it does not mean a plumbing rule was met.
