iOS waitlist
The app is not on the App Store yet. Use the subject "Backflow Record iOS waitlist" and we will write when a real listing exists. Web and Android are planned, not open.
Purchases and data
When the app is listed, Restore Purchases is inside the app. Delete All Data is in Settings and wipes the on-device record. Refunds are handled by Apple.
What we cannot do
We cannot file a form with your water supplier, score a gauge, or tell you that an assembly met a rule. For that, use the supplier and a licensed tester.
A report in Backflow Record is a record you fill in. It is not a substitute for a licensed tester or for the form your water supplier requires. It does not report an inspection result, and it does not mean a plumbing rule was met.
